Will the IRS require receipts for abortions?

A bill that is expected to pass in Congress will force the Internal Revenue Service to police abortions and monitor how Americans have paid for them. Theoretically, the IRS could require Americans to show a receipt for an abortion in order to prove that the procedure was not inappropriately paid for with tax benefits.
