Several Universities to Allow Students and Professors to Carry Loaded Guns to Protect Against Gunmen

Around a dozen states are considering a bill that will allow students and teachers at universities to carry loaded weapons to protect themselves against gunmen. Is this a good idea? What do YOU think?
